Autism Speaks

On April 28th, there is a fundraiser walk in Atlanta to support people living with Autism. The walk collects funds for research into an Autism cure and also to help those with Autism and their families in everyday life. I encourage you fundraise, whether it be by donating or by walking.

FSA currently has a team in the walk (link below). Our school goal is $500 dollars and have currently made over $100. You can donate to the team or join the walk it self. I encourage you to do either, as it is a great cause. http://act.autismspeaks.org/site/TR?et=j7wJWml-3QNgjfbGvGfHlA&team_id=94186&s_tafId=14722&pg=team&fr_id=4273

If you don't feel like walking (or don't want to get up on a Sunday) then you can just donate on their website (which is pasted below). Their donation goal for Atlanta is $547,200, they have already collected about $300,000. And again, you can also donate to the FSA team. http://act.autismspeaks.org/site/TR/Walk/Georgia?fr_id=4273&pg=entry
